When requesting a quote or placing an order, we will need to know the following information:
Garment or Products
- What manufacturer, style numbers and fabric colors do you intend to use?
- What quantities and sizes per quantity will you want for each item you order?
Artwork or Design Layout Photo
- We prefer to work from your black and white camera-ready art. We do accept a digital format such as TIFF (tagged image file format), JPG, Adobe® Illustrator®, WordPerfect® graphics, Corel Draw®. Tell us your color preferences for each part of the design.
- Please indicate height and width of final embroidered design. If you do not know the size, tell us where the design will be embroidered (left chest, sleeve, center front, center back, etc.), and we will suggest a size to meet your requirements.
Delivery Date
- Tell us the deadline for your project and we will try to accommodate your needs. If a date is not stated, our average turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Fill out our on-line Request Form and we will respond with either an embroidery work order to initiate your project or a written price quote.
